Our team at Staveley Dental Care are here to provide a high standard of care and service for patients.
We offer a comprehensive range of NHS and private treatments.
It is our practice policy to promote dental health at all times. We recommend to all our patients regular examinations to maintain good oral health.
The NHS provides dental treatment to achieve dental health including fillings, periodontal care, extractions, dentures, veneers, crowns and some bridgework, providing there is a clinical need for the treatment. However, some forms of treatment are not available on the NHS.
Cosmetic treatment can only be provided privately, outside the NHS, which our dentists will be happy to discuss with you.

All staff participate in continual professional development and attend nationally recognised post-qualification courses. We have been training Foundation Dentists since 2012.
Dr Sotirios Giannetopoulos

Principal Dentist at Staveley Dental Care since 2010. Graduated from Athens University in 2004 with a Masters in restorative dentistry from Sheffield University. Special interests in Restorative/Adhesive Dentistry, Minor Oral Surgery and Implantology. Foundation Trainer since 2009.
Dr Rhys Williams

Associate dentist since 2018. Graduated from Sheffield University in 2017. Enjoys endodontics and is involved with domiciliary dental visits.
Dr Emma Cantrill

Associate dentist since 2018. Graduated from Manchester University. Provides a variety of treatments and is involved in clinical trial research for future improvements in dentistry. She is also an Educational Supervisor to foundation dentists.
Dr Ryan Pickering

Associate dentist. Graduated from Sheffield University in 2022. Completed foundation year in 2023 and stayed on to continue patient care.

Specialist Oral Surgeon on the GDC specialist list. Employed by Sheffield Dental Hospital. Special interest in dental sedation and anxious patients. Working at Staveley since 2017 for the iMOS service.

Dr Konstantina (Nadia) Antonakoudi is an experienced dentist with a special interest in advanced facial aesthetics and natural facial rejuvenation.
